1. Use of the Website

Coaching Services: We provide manifestation-focused coaching, including one-on-one sessions and email coaching, to help you achieve personal goals through the “I AM Source” philosophy. Our coaching is not intended for health, mental health, or intense trauma-related issues or desires.

Right to Refuse Personalized Products: We reserve the right to refuse the creation of personalized subliminal audios or EFT tapping script products etc if the request is deemed unethical, potentially harmful to you or others, illegal, or against our values (e.g., requests promoting harm, manipulation, or illegal activities). Refusal decisions are at our sole discretion.
3. Coaching Sessions and Email Coaching
Scheduling and Forfeiture: Coaching sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session (e.g., by not showing up or canceling without sufficient notice), you forfeit the session, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Email Coaching: Email coaching is limited to one reply per question submitted. We will not provide additional responses beyond the initial reply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Session Conduct: You agree to engage in coaching sessions respectfully and provide accurate information to facilitate the coaching process.
4. Orders and Digital Delivery
Order Process: All digital products and coaching services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to unethical requests or technical issues).
Digital Delivery: Digital products (e.g., subliminal audios, EFT tapping scripts, guidebooks, workbooks, meditations, rampages, and the Being Source Manifesting Course etc) are delivered via email or secure download links. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring access to downloads. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or technical issues on your end.
Access to Course Materials: The Being Source Manifesting Course includes videos, a workbook, and a guidebook, accessible via a secure link or platform. You are responsible for maintaining access to these materials, which are for personal use only.
5. Newsletter Subscriptions
By subscribing to our newsletter via MailerLite, you agree to receive periodic emails about our digital products, coaching services, manifestation tips, or other updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting us.
Newsletter data collection and processing are governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any additional fees (e.g., currency conversion) charged by your payment provider.
7. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our digital products e.g., subliminal audios, EFT tapping scripts, guidebooks, workbooks, meditations, rampages, Being Source Manifesting Course etc, or coaching services, except as required by applicable law.
Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible upon delivery, no refunds will be provided.
For coaching services, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions, forfeited sessions (e.g., missed appointments), or email coaching replies, regardless of outcome or satisfaction.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including digital products, coaching materials, guidebooks, workbooks, videos, and course content, is owned by Being Source or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products and course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share our products or content without written permission.
Personalized subliminal audios and EFT tapping products are created for your personal use only and may not be resold or shared.
9. User Responsibilities
