HOW DOES OUR EMAIL COACHING WORK? "FAQs"
PLEASE READ the bullet points below to understand how we work, what you can expect, how and when we reply etc:

- Emails Exchanged with us are tailored to your specific needs and desires, and are limited to topics such as SP, money, success (including career, academic etc), tangible items, appearance, and self-concept ONLY.

- TOPIC LIMIT is ONE DESIRE per email i.e. an SP issue, OR money, OR career, but not 2 or more desired topics.
Should you provide questions about more than one topic, we reserve the right to select and reply to whichever one topic we choose.
However, you can ask us more than one question about a specific topic.
We recommend no more than 3 to 5 questions per topic.
State your questions clearly, specifically, and to the point.  Brief questions are best.
  
- Please complete the ONLINE FORM first, which you'll be directed to immediately following payment.

- This ONLINE FORM process is in lieu of an email - this helps us keep track of all email coaching requests, and standardises the process for everyone.

- Upon receipt of your completed form and questionnaire, we'll reply to your request at our earliest convenience, typically within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends, Public Holidays etc), but may take up to 14 days. We do our best to respond ASAP, but dates aren't guaranteed - depending upon our workload so please be patient, thank you.

- We reply ONLY once per email, and will not respond to follow up email questions.

- Email Coaching offer expires 30 days from purchase date.  We DO NOT issue refunds!
